Caleb turned 3 months old yesterday and is quite possibly the best baby I've ever known. He rarely cries, falls asleep on his own without a wimper, sleeps through the night most nights, is happy to lay or sit almost anywhere while I rush about, and laughs and smiles when he hears our voices. He brings so much joy to me... to hold him and hear his newly found laugh.
I don't remember it being so easy with my other babies; maybe I'm finally starting to figure out the mothering adventure! I am thankful every day for my sweet baby Caleb. He is a pleasant natured, content little man.

Also, I'm so sorry Tommie and I didn't get to call you tonight. The symposium went longer than we thought... but it was great! I'll tell you all about it tomorrow.
I love the picture of Madeline reading to Caleb! How precious! He is one content, happy baby. It must be because of his good mother.
